Terms of Service

You rent cloud instances; we provision them, wire the domain and keep the platform running. You own everything you put on them. Deleted instances stop billing.

PickYour.App provisions cloud instances (via our upstream provider) and one-click installs open-source applications onto them. You rent the instance on a pay-as-you-go or monthly plan; the software itself keeps its own open-source license. We don't modify your app's license or claim rights over your data.

You're responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your credentials safe, and for what you deploy. Illegal content, cryptocurrency mining, spam, and attacks on other systems are grounds for immediate suspension. See Report abuse.

• Instances — billed per hour (pay-as-you-go) or per month (plans), charged to your payment method via PayPal.
• Stopping the clock — deleted instances stop billing at the end of the current hour.
• Domains — billed per year and auto-renew unless you turn auto-renew off.

We keep infrastructure snapshots where offered, but you are responsible for your application data. Export backups of anything you'd be sad to lose — snapshots are a safety net, not a substitute.

Delete an instance any time from your dashboard and billing stops. Close your account from Account → profile; we remove customer data within 30 days, minus records we must keep for tax purposes.

The service is provided as-is. We're not liable for lost revenue or data caused by outages, upstream provider failures, or acts of the internet. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 3 months.
