The short version
We collect the minimum needed to run your account, bill you accurately and keep the platform safe. No ad trackers on your dashboard, no data brokers, no surprises.
What we collect
- Account basics — name, email, company you optionally add.
- Billing records — invoices and payment references we're legally required to keep.
- Operational logs — sign-in sessions with IP address and user-agent, provisioning events, and the content of support tickets you open.
Nothing beyond that. We don't run analytics trackers inside your dashboard.
Sign-in providers
If you choose Google or GitHub sign-in, we store your provider account id, the email on that account and your display name — just enough to recognise you next time. We never post anything back to those accounts.
Your app data
Apps you install run on your own dedicated cloud instance. Their databases and files are yours. Our staff only accesses an instance when you explicitly ask us to in a support ticket.
Who we share data with
The minimum needed, and only with upstream providers that make the service work:
- Our cloud — the infrastructure that hosts your instances.
- Our registrar — for domain registrations you order.
- PayPal — the payment processor for billing.
- Our mail host — to deliver transactional email (ticket replies, invoices).
No ad networks. No data brokers.
Your rights
Export or delete your data any time from Account → profile, or by opening a support ticket. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days, minus financial records we must keep for tax law.
